Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using this application ("the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Application developed and maintained by the Government of Malaysia or its appointed agencies. Your access to and use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use this Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Application by any third party.
3. User Data and Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information or data you provide through this Application. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in legal action under applicable laws including but not limited to the Penal Code (Act 574).
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The data may be shared with strategic partners solely for the implementation of government programs and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, system design, and material on this Application are the intellectual property of the Government of Malaysia or its authorized agencies unless otherwise stated. No part of the Application may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Security
You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party’s use of the Application. Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Crimes Act 1997.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Government of Malaysia shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this Application, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of service.
8. Modifications to Terms
The Government of Malaysia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
